SHIPPING POLICY
We provide free shipping on all orders within India. Currently we do not ship anywhere outside India. Delivery time may vary based on the location of the customer but most of the orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 5 to 7 days of confirmation of the order.

At the time of our courier partner approaching you for delivery, if you are not available to take delivery, the courier service will notify you and will also make an additional attempt to deliver your order, after which your package will be returned to our fulfilment centre, whereupon a refund is issued to the original payment method.

REFUND POLICY
If you’re looking to return or exchange or cancel your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 10 days of receiving your product. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. We need to have a scan copy or picture of the original bill / receipt emailed to us at maritdecor@gmail.com

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or us.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Login to our online portal using your email address and order ID
2. Provide details of the product you wish to return or exchange from your order
3. If your return/exchange is accepted, we will arrange for reverse pickup
4. Send the product back to us in the original packing including all marketing material such as tags, invoices and any other material received with the package.

On receiving you returned product, we will let you know if the exchange/refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically allowed store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. It will take us approximately 7 to 10 days to refund, replace product, or give store credit.
